Students have been learning CPR/First Aid in both EMT and Manufacturing classes (last 2 pics). These hands-on lessons not only build confidence but also prepare students to respond effectively in real-world emergencies, both in and outside the classroom.

In a month-long test of strength, grit, and justice, two mighty forces collided — Law & Justice ⚖️ vs. Sports Medicine 🏋️♀️ — in the legendary Squatober Showdown!
The battles were fierce. The quads were burning. The DOMS were real. But in the end, one class stood tall (and a little sore) above the rest…
🏆 LAW & JUSTICE has claimed victory and will retain the DOMS of Justice Trophy! ⚖️🔥
A huge shoutout to Sports Medicine for bringing the energy, spirit, and deep squats of champions. 💪
Though the dust settles (and the legs recover), the story isn’t over…
👀 This December, our heroes will reunite for another epic chapter.
Until then — stay strong, stay sore, and remember…
Justice never skips leg day. 🦵⚡

Meet Katherine Duncan, a talented West Sound Tech Esthetics graduate who’s now the proud owner of Wildflower Body Wax & Esthetics in Port Orchard, WA! 💖🌿
After completing the College Program (Certificate of Specialization in Esthetics) and earning her license in 2022, Katherine has flourished as a solo esthetician and business owner — creating a welcoming space where clients feel beautiful, confident, and cared for. ✨
💬 “I enjoy making clients feel beautiful and confident.” ~ Katherine Duncan 💕
Katherine’s journey wasn’t without challenges, she faced difficulties finding workplaces where she truly fit in. But with the confidence, skills, and experience she gained from the West Sound Tech Esthetics Program, she found her place by creating her own! 💪🌸
Her advice for current and future esthetics students?
🌟 “Familiarize yourself with all the modalities and do all the services you can while in school! Take advantage of every client and focus on building real relationships, not just doing services.”
And one of her favorite memories from the program? 😆
✨ “The trial and error of underarm waxing with a few of the girls… it was a bit rough haha!”
We’re so proud of Katherine for blossoming into a confident esthetician and business owner who continues to represent West Sound Tech with passion and professionalism! 🌼
