One of WANIC’s primary goals is to prepare students for post-secondary education or a rewarding career in any field. We value, model, and teach employability skills (or workplace expectations) to set students up to be successful during high school and beyond highlighting Attitude, Reliability, Responsibility, Professionalism, Initiative, Respect and Integrity. We call this the WANIC Way. Congratulations to the following students who were nominated by their peers and awarded WANIC Way2Be for Semester 2 AM Classes: Daniel, Thorin, Gloria, Winnie, Holden, Megan, Austin, Sahasra, Allyson, and Berlin

Back on Saturday April 26th, Mr. Leander took 5 of his Core Plus Aerospace students to the #SkillsUSA state assembler competition hosted by Boeing at their Everett facility. Students competed against others from around Washington state in reading blueprints, precision measurement, drilling and riveting. Boeing also provided opportunities for students to work on their professional resumes with their HR department, once again perform mock interviews, and get an even more comprehensive tour of the facility. It was an incredibly rich experience that left them exhausted but satisfied.

That’s a Wrap, CBTECH!
The end of the year at CBTECH was nothing short of unforgettable! From laughter to heartfelt moments, we closed out the school year with memories that will last a lifetime (even if the chalk doesn't ) lol.
Our Senior BBQ was a blast — full of good food, music, and smiles all around. Students left their (temporary) mark on our sidewalks with colorful chalk art that showed off their creativity and spirit.
A few students even pulled off some harmless pranks on their teachers — all in good fun, of course! And to top it all off, we sent off our seniors with the Senior Gauntlet — a tunnel of cheers, high fives, and celebration as the rest of the student body cheered them on during their final walk out of CBTECH.
We’re proud of all our students for their hard work and dedication this year. What a way to finish strong! Click the link if you'd like to view our End of Year video for the 2024-25 school year.
