Program collaboration as our Construction Trades program was assisted in sheathing our house by the Firefighting students. This provides the firefighting students an opportunity to look at building construction which will help them understand structural fire behavior. Many hands made fast work of a big job. Students made a traditional popcorn garland during Mrs. Loncon's Flex session on Thursday! It was a lot of fun and added some great festivity to our building!
Has your student mentioned flex this year yet?? It allows student more time to have time to study or re-take tests in the week or do enrichment activities, like this. Talk to your student. We've done other things like karaoke, life skills challenge activity, learning how to use chop sticks, knitting, trail walks when the weather was warmer, and so much more!

Thank you to our transportation elves that have been helping us out this semester during our construction. They are helping us run back up shuttles and going above and beyond to make sure our students get where they need to go when things go sideways in a our synchronized schedule.
