Today marked our first-ever governing board meeting, bringing together representatives from all eight member districts that make up this South Sound collaboration: Chief Leschi, Fife, Franklin Pierce, Orting, Sumner-Bonney Lake, Tacoma, University Place and Vashon Island.
After the meeting, the board toured the site to see construction progress firsthand — with crews moving forward on paint, sound barriers, electrical, HVAC and more. We can’t wait to welcome students this fall!
